Settlement between Aqa Muhammad Karim and Mirza Muhammad Ismaʻil
Aqa Muhammad Karim, the son of Mirza Rahim, settled a garden with Mirza Muhammad Ismaʻil, the son of Mirza Khalil. Aqa Muhammad Karim's permanent wife, the daughter of Aqa Habib Allah, signed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Karim also added two sixths of a shop in a bazaar, worth 30 tumans, to this settlement. Further transactions have been added on the verso.

Sale document and settlement between the children of Gawhari Khanum: five newly built shops in the backside of Mirza Kazim's Saray, close to Shahzadah Husayn and the Karavansaray gate, belong to the five daughters of Aqa Mirza Ismaʻil Farid al-Dawlah, namely, Batul Khanum, Rubab Khanum, Rabiʻah Khanum, Munavvar Khanum, and Maʻsumah Khanum. Settlement of Bibi Khanum Sahib (Sughra), the daughter of Haj Muhammad Kazim ‘Attar [the herbalist] Shirazi and the wife of Karbalayi Haj ‘Ali Shirazi, with Aqa Sayyid ‘Abd al-Riza ‘Attar, the son of Sayyid ‘Ali Akbar Shirazi, and Haj Muhammad Husayn ‘Attar, the son of Karbalayi Muhammad Ja‘far Bayg Shirazi, regarding the shares of a property, including the repair and decoration of an herbal shop at Qavam al-Mulk Bazaar, for ninety tumans. Sale document, 1926
Haji Mir Mukhtar Aqa, Aqa Mir Muhammad, and Haji Mir Jalal have sold a few stores, including one purchased from Khavar Khanum and Dirakhshandah Khanum, daughters of Haji ‘Abbasquli, to Mashhadi Hamd Allah Amin al-Ra‘aya and ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan in exchange for eight hundred and forty tumans. On February 21, 1928, Mashhadi Hamd Allah Amin al-Ra‘aya has sold his share to Mirza Baqir Iskandarzadah for four hundred and twenty tumans.

Huri Laqa Khanum, the daughter of Navvab Sayf Allah Mirza, and Fatimah Khanum, the daughter of the late Mulla Sultan Muhammad from Urdubad has sold a bath (one-third share of Shahzadah Laqa Khanum and one-third share of Fatimah Khanum), known as Bala Hammam, and the attached grocery store for one thousand and five hundred tumans to Aqa Sayyid Riza.
